Graydon Hall cares about your health and safety. Please use this page to keep up-to-date on information about COVID-19 as we tackle and get through this pandemic—together. 
This page will notify you of GTA COVID-19 guidance, our cleaning and sanitization procedures, and outline our compliance with ministry recommendations to ensure that you and your family are informed and as safe as possible.

Keeping each other safe in our buildings and our community


We all need to do our part to ensure the health and safety of those around us. Apply these simple steps to help protect yourselves and others from COVID-19 at home and in the community.


  • Wear a mask

  • Wash your hands

  • Stay 6ft. apart

  • 2 people per elevator

  • Clean surfaces regularly

  • Don't linger in common spaces

Wear a Mask

Wear a mask at all times when physical distancing is not possible.

Keep your distance

Stay 6-ft. apart from others.

No more than 2 people per elevator

No more than 2 people should take the elevator at the same time. Diagonally space yourselves in the elevator.

Keep your hands clean by washing with soap or hand-sanitizer.

Keep gatherings small indoors, and never over 10 people.

Do not loiter or linger in common places such as landings, hallways,

and lobbies.

Cover your cough

Always cough into your elbow or a handkerchief. If you have unusual cough symptoms — get a COVID test.

Keep gatherings smaller than 20 people outdoors, and always practice physical distancing.


Clean surfaces frequently

Sanitize touch points like door handles, faucets, and counter-tops frequently to protect others around you.
